  •  Southland Royalty Company, Ft. Worth, TX, 1981-1982, Programmer-Analyst.
    •  Assigned to the Financial Group.
    •  Designed, programmed on the IBM 3090 system using COBOL, CICS, Adabas, and Natural.
   

•  Worked on new implementation of a summary data management system of well production of natural gas and oil.   Data summarized according to both accounting date and production date.

  •  Central Texas College , Killeen, TX, 1978-1981, Programmer-Analyst.
   

Responsible for three systems during my tenure:

  • CTC On-line Registration System
  • American Technological University , batch registration system
  • City of Copperas Cove , Delinquent Tax System
    Worked on the IBM 370 using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and VSAM file structures.
   

Assignments were primarily maintenance in nature except for CTC registration system.   I converted from Macro-level CICS using ISAM files to Command-level CICS using VSAM files.
